Saspe Surfactant manufacture equipment for Dioxane reduction, AOS hydrolysis, as well as for degassing, diluting and adjusting the concentration and qualities of active surfactants.

Our system for the reduction of Dioxane is designed for reducing 1.4-dioxane from 70% SLES paste.

The system can be added to the plant as a stand-alone unit or it can be integrated into the neutralization unit, even in already existing plants.

Saspe Surfactant dilution equipment has been specifically designed to treat Active Matter surfactants. In an intermediate concentration range, these surfactants have a very high viscosity that makes them difficult to manipulate.

The concentrated surfactant and water are fed into an intensive, small volume, high-shear mixer that makes dilution instantaneous and complete.

Equipment for making final adjustments to the product quality, i.e. colour, pH, stability, etc. may optionally complete the plant.
